Nauset makes the most of 7 hits in 4-3 victory over Archbishop Williams (Braintree)

In the second game of the twin-bill on Thursday, Nauset and Archbishop Williams each put runners in scoring position, but the Warriors capitalized on more RBI opportunities, pulling out a 4-3 win at French Commons scoring 3 runs in the bottom of the seventh to pull off the victory.

Willy Boyd racked up three RBIs on two hits for Nauset. He singled in the first inning and had a walkoff double in the seventh inning.

Paul Prue got it done on the bump on the way to a win. He allowed three unearned runs over seven innings. Prue struck out six, walked three and gave up nine hits.

Archbishop Williams jumped out to an early 3-0 lead in the top of the second. But it was all Nauset after that scoring 1 run in the 3rd when Noah Grevelis reached on an error stol second and went to third on the over throw, making the score 3-1. The Warriors then finished the game off in dramatic fashion by scoring 3 runs in the bottom of the 7th.

Boyd, TJ King, and Trevor Ridley each had a double for the Warriors
