The Nauset Boys did well on the first weekend of the sectionals at Barnstable High School and Cape Cod Academy. #10Singles Seed, Ben Garside had a first round bye and then defeated Marshfields #2 6-1, 6-2.He moves on to face Sandwich's #1. In doubles #7 seeded Robby Wright and Austin Hirschberger had a bye and then crushed Barnstables #1 team 6-2, 6-0 advancing to the round of 16 to play #1 seeded Plymouth North 1.Tesfu Kerse-McMillin and Caleb Caldwell had a great win over Duxbury's #2, 6-3, 6-2, and then played a tough match against #2 seeded Dartmouth #1 7-5, 6-4. On Saturday, May 18, Ben Garside was beaten by Sandwich's Evan Abramson 6-0, 6-1 in the round of 16. In the doubles quarterfinals #8 seeded Robbie Wright and Austin Hirschberger lost a thrillimg 3 set match to #1 seed Plymouth North, 6-4, 6-7, 6-4.
