Warriors knew that the key to this contest was quick movement of the ball that would exploit seams in the Sandwich defense, and they proved it about 11 minutes into the game when Mike Newton hit Ozzy Perez with a one touch pass, who played a diagonal ball to space and the well timed run of Alex Drown, who took one touch to advance and then hit a perfect far post shot for the first score.  Keeper Connor Canesy had to make a courageous 1 V 1 save a few minutes later to prevent a tie game.  In the second half Aidan (find a way to score) Salzano got onto the end of an Owen Wilcox free kick and headed home the second goal.  Mente McMillan made several dangerous runs down the left side that set up several chances.  Ben Mulholland controlled the air and was a generally a standout in the midfield for the Warriors.
