FALMOUTH HIGH SCHOOL: 36
The Nauset Girls XC team clinched The ACL title today by defeating Falmouth at home 21-36. The trio of Callie Schadt, Madaket Nobili and Olivia Bois grabbed the first three spots while Falmouth took 4th and 5th. Emily Wall placed 6th while Hannah Brunelle and Hannah Bryant took 9th and 10th. The undefeated Warriors capped off their 8-0 regular season with several girls posting personal best times on the day. Hannah Bryant, Nika Dadoly, Joy Trudel, Gabby Dadoly, Heidi Smith, Lille Gaeta, Greta Walther, and Bri Griffin all posted season best times!!!
In addition, today's meet marked the senior's last home meet of their career. Seniors were honored with flowers from coach Katie McCully and gifts from the underclassmen. The seniors being honored today were: Bri Griffin, Christine Burns, Sarah Chase, and captains: Hannah Bryant and Callie Schadt.
The girls will travel to Falmouth on Sat Oct 24 for the Twilight meet and then will be back in action on Oct 31 when they travel to DY for the League Championships.
