The Twilight Invitational featured 3,000 HS athletes from all over Massachusetts competing in the ONLY "under the lights" XC race in the country. Highlighting the best performance of the evening for the Nauset girls was Madaket Nobili who placed 4th in the 10th grade race posting a season's best time of 19:14 for the 5k course.
Other runners competing for Nauset in the 3.1 mile race and setting best times on the season included:
Callie Schadt- 19:31, Olivia Bois- 20:04, Emily Wall- 20:51, Hannah Bryant- 22:09, Sarah Chase- 23:04, Georgia Benz- 23:06, Alexis Comeau- 23:13, Rebecca Dawley- 23:33 and Lille Gaeta- 27:18.
In the 9th grade 2.1 mile race, impressive runs were had by:
Joy Trudel- 15:18 and Gabby Dadoly- 15:30
