The Nauset GXC team traveled to Falmouth HS Tues October 4th and won 24-33 in a heated contest. Both teams were matched up well giving spectators a nice show as the runners fought hard down the straight away to the finish. Madaket Nobili took the grand prize and was first place overall in a blazing time of 17:04, the fastest time on the 2.7 mile Falmouth course so far this year. Second place went to a talented Falmouth runner, Julia Moskal (17:20) while 3rd place went to Tara Ellard (17:38). Falmouth grabbed 4th and 6th while Nauset fought back with 5th- Emily Wall (18:49), 7th- Olivia Bois (19:22) and 8th- Hannah Brunelle (19:49).

The next 5 runners in for Nauset were: Anna Crowell, Rebecca Dawley, Claire Wardlaw, Georgia Benz and Sonja Berquist.

Nauset will host DY on Tues Oct. 11
