Marshfield Fairgrounds 

     The Nauset girls took first place today at the ACL league championships, scoring 38 points, just 4 points ahead of a much improved Marshfield squad. Third place went to Sandwich while DY and Falmouth took 4th and 5th respectively. Rachel Pranga led the way for Nauset with a first place overall finish, covering the 5k course in 19:10. Abby Farrell was 4th in 19:41 while Ella Kelly 20:20, placed 8th and Izzy Nobili 20:26, placed 9th. Hannah Brunelle was Nauset's 5th runner in, placing 16th with a career best time of 21:09. The girls worked hard throughout the race and faced difficult conditions including puddles, mud and wind. Rebekah Pranga was 22nd and had a great personal performance clocking a 22:30. Also running well was Lily Pooler 22:53, Maddie Kelly 23:28, Leah Hoopes 23:34, Mal Fleming 24:48, Bailey Rose 25:48, Lexie Hoffman 25:52 and Evie Rose 25:53. The girls finish the regular season undefeated at 9-0.
