The Nauset Girls traveled to Wrentham today and competed in the Frank Kelley Invitational. There were numerous races throughout the day including the "Championship" race which was the highlight and most competitive race. It combined Div. 1 and Div 2 schools. Nauset placed 4th overall with Abby Farrell and Shay Risk leading the way taking 16th and 22nd place respectively. Top 25 received medals. Ella Kelly placed 28th, Izzy Nobili 30th and Rebekah Pranga 69th rounding out the top 5 scoring positions for Nauset. Other runners doing well today were Maddie Kelly, Leah Hoopes, Makayla Hutchinson, Lily Pooler and Katie Farrell. The conditions were tough. Very hot day and windy in Wrentham with absolutely no shade on the course. So proud of the girls. They ran hard and placed well beating many Div. 1 schools.
