The Nauset Warriors lost a tough one at home to the visiting Monomoy sharks. The sharks were able to hold the warriors to 13 points at the half and take a 4 point lead, heading into the break. Things started to spiral downhill for the warriors with bad turnovers and missed shots in the 3rd quarter. With the sharks leading 36 to 22 at the beginning of the 4th it seemed like the warriors were getting out matched. Once the warriors were able to score in the 4th, the full court pressure from Jackson Hill, Marc Takajian, and Austin Small was a key aspect to the warriors battling back. Eric Poyant was clutch from the FT line hitting 3/4 to give the warriors a chance at tying the game. Unfortunately at the end the hole was to deep to dig out of and the warriors fell short 40 to 49.
