In the opening game of the season, the freshmen team started strong and were within 12 at half time. However, as the second half progressed, Barnstable was able to pull away due to aggressive defense that led to easy baskets in transition. Nauset played hard, but has a lot to improve upon. Tyler Packet, Bruce Johnson, Zach Frazier, Antonia Espinoza, Colin Mason, Robert Hatch, and Sean O'Sullivan all scored for the Warriors.
