The Nauset boys sailed to another victory as they beat ORR in swimming action Friday night Jan 11 at home 82-40. Nauset won 10 events and had several stellar performances including Rob Whitaker who managed 2 best times- the 200 free (2:18) and 100 breaststroke (1:16)
Individual winners included: Jake Avery in the 200 free and 100 free, Emmett Draz in the 200 IM and 100 fly, Hannu Pechukas in the 50 free with an impressive 25:25, John McLoughlin in the 500, Kevin Johnson in the 100 back and Rob Whitaker in the 100 breast. Also swimming well were Joe Vitale in the 50 free, Ben Davies in the 500, Pat Corbett in the 50 free relay leg, and Zach Altneu in the 100 fly.
The warriors host Nantucket Wed Jan 16th in what promises to be the most exciting dual meet of the season to date.
