Junior Tri-Captain Jake Avery posted best times in 4 events while also winning the 100 breaststroke at the Cape Cod Classic invitational held in Nantucket Sunday Dec 14th. The Nauset boys took first place overall out of 5 teams- collecting 101 points on the day. Freshman Jack Johnson crushed the field in the 100 backstroke cruising to the wall in first place while Senior tri-captain John McLoughlin won the 500. Junior Tri- Captain Kevin Johnson also turned in some amazing times on the day especially in the relays where big points were awarded.
The Nauset boys won both the 200 and 400 free relays which helped immensely in clinching the first place trophy. New comers besides Johnson include: Coleman Norton and Carlisle Nash.
