The Nauset swimming tradition of winning the annual Bay Colony League Relay Carnival was kept alive today as the combined warriors swim teams (boys and girls) took home the first place crown.

Nauset-136, Barnstable-120, Nantucket-106, Sandwich- 68, BR-46, Coyle- 19, MV-13, PJP2- 5

A total team effort- Nauset led from the start and never looked back, winning 6 out of 12 relays and setting 3 new meet records in the process, the girls 200 medley relay-1:56:48 (Marie Chamberlain, Whitney Knowlton-Wardle, Hannah Walsh, Shylee Stewart), the mixed 200 butterfly relay-1:55:08 (H. Walsh, Rob Whitaker, Emmett Draz, M. Chamberlain), and the mixed 400 IM relay- 4:12:74 (Chamberlain, Jake Avery, Stewart, Draz)

The first place finishers in the G 200 Free relay were: Allie Dadoly, W. Knowlton-Wardle, Olivia Miller and Julie Hayoun. First place in the mixed 500 Free relay went to: Avery, Stewart, Draz and Chamberlain, while the mixed 400 Free winners were: Hayoun, Kevin Johnson, Walsh, and Avery.

In addition to the 6 first place finishes, Nauset had 3 second place finishes and 2 thirds.

The mixed Diving relay of Emmett Draz and Katie Moore placed third with 143.55 pts
