| The Nauset JV Warriors suffered their first defeat of the season at the hands of the Falmouth Clippers 42-17. Falmouth's tough defensive pressure had the Warriors' offense off balance throughout the night. Sam Berry paced Nauset with 4 points off the bench, matched by Savannah Thomas's four points and three from Callie Schadt. Additional bright spots for the JV Warriors were Lizzie Douglas, who infused the post play with several impressive rebounds and Alison Burns, a constant defensive spark that kept Falmouth from penetrating the lane. The JV Warriors look forward to their next matchup Thursday night at Plymouth South. |
