Nauset travelled off Cape on Friday night to play the agressive girls of Plymouth North. Noticing immediately that their opponents had improved since their first matchup, the Lady Warriors had to work hard to keep a lead in the game. Sophomore, Chelsea Hathaway led the team in boxing out and therefore rebounding. Fellow sophomore, Katie Sullivan mirrored the intensity of the opposing team, diving for balls and getting several fast breaks. Kayla Smith played smart defense, anticipated passes, and was also able to gain a few break away layups. Adding to Sullivan's eight points and Smith's fourteen, Caitlin Schadt, Carli Thomas, and Brittany Silva also all scored for the Warriors. Although a bit wild at times, the entire team played aggressively and were proud to come out on top.
