MARTHA'S VINEYARD REG HIGH: 4
A good Martha's Vineyard team defeated Nauset 4-1. At second doubles, seniors Ben Parkington and Mike Walsh went to 4-1 on the season with a 6-3, 6-4 victory. Reed Jenkins lost a tough 3 set match at 1st singles 4-6, 6-2, 6-1. AT 2nd singles freshman Keenyn Pombo was defeated 6-2, 6-0. At 3rd singles, sophomore Lane Bohman continued to improve with a 6-4, 6-3 loss. Seniors Ethan Ladue and Colton Leach lost a close first doubles match 6-4, 7-5. The Vineyard goes to 2-2 and Nauset 2-3 on the season.
