Nauset was beaten by defending Division 1 State Champion Barnstable HS 5-0. Sophomore Keenyn Pombo worked hard against Barnstables top player and performed well in the loss 6-0 6-4. Also defeated were freshman Ben Garside #2 singles, sophomore Michael Sanborn #3 singles, seniors Isaiah Coleman and Brennan Reed #1 doubles and sophomore Nick Meehan and freshman Tesfu Kerse-McMillin at 2nd doubles.

The Warriors continue their tough non-league schedule Wednesday at Pope John Paul II.
