ACL season opening meet at Plymouth South.  After two good weeks of practice with good turnout and great interest, the team traveded to Plymouth South under the direction of a new coaching staff.

Pre season work consisted of  consistent teaching of training in proper techniques of running and field events; finding events that are suited for the growth and success of all our athletes.

Top performances:  Ben Altenu, 1st place in Long Jump. 20' 1/2 ",  1st place in 100 meter dash, 11.7.

Nick Hoffman-Klauke , 1st in Javelin, 134' 10"

The team will now work to add more events for each athlete to add depth in our competition
