BOYS TRACK: Nauset 96, Sandwich 38
EAST SANDWICH – Chris Parkington won three events while Andrew Herwig and Nick Hoffman-Klaucke won two events each to lead the Warriors over the Blue Knights in ACL action.
Parkington won the 100 in 11.6, the 200 in 24.1 and the triple jump with a 36-10 for Nauset (3-3) while Herwig won the 400 hurdles in 1:03.8 and the 800 in 2:08.7 and Hoffman-Klaucke won the shot put with a throw of 38-9½ and javelin with a toss of 165-10.
Also with wins for the Warriors were Sean O'Sullivan (20.4) in the 110 hurdles, Jake Moore (4:36.8) won the mile, Chad Avery (19-5) won the long jump, Rich Emerson (104-10) won the discus and Jake Meredeth (52.5) won the 400 while the 4x400 team won their relay.
James Wegman (10:24.2) won the 2-mile for Sandwich (0-4) while Jake Kangas (5-2) won the high jump and the 4x100 team won their relay.
