D-Y 71, Nauset 65

NORTH EASTHAM – The Dolphins and Warriors' matchup was decided by the final event, with Mike Alker (106-0) and Anthony Burke (98-0) taking first and second, respectively, in the discus to defeat the Warriors on the road.

Quan Lovett won in the long jump (19-6) and was second in the 100 (11.61) for D-Y (3-2) while Kevin Lundquist took the 100 high hurdles (16.9), with teammate Marc-Andre Parent taking second (17.1).

Jake Pawlina won the 200 (24.4), Rufus Hamilton won the 100 (11.57) and Keith Barnatchez the 2-mile with a time of 10:50 for the Dolphins.  Warriors Jack Loomis and Jeff Moynihan (11:26.8 pr) took second and third, respectively.  

On the Nauset side, Nick Hoffman-Klaucke won the javelin with a distance of 174-9, as well as the shot put (40-2½), and Andrew Herwig took the 400 hurdles and high jump (5-8).

Nauset swept the mile, with Jake Moore taking first (5:02.8), Riley Wilkins taking second (5:04.2), and Ryan Saunders taking third (5:07.8).  Jake Moore also won the 800 meter run.
