The "furies" played a scoreless first period vs the Dolphins and held it that way until midway through the second period before the DY team ended the 2nd period with a 2-0 lead.
Freshman Breanna Kender recorded a two hard shots on goal in the middle period and Sophomore Defensemen Blue Fancy made a couple of nice rink long rushes. Junior Brianna Cowing and Sophomore Lauren Monger worked hard to muster some much needed offense in the game,
Junior Defender Kim Gallagher and Sophomore Cathryn Ready played their second consecutive game of excellent defense , While Freshman Goalie Molly Mckenna was called upon to face 27 shots on goal.
Despite hard backchecking by Seniors Brooke Steele , Maura Blute and Brooke Wrightington, the Dolphins added 2 goals in the Third to skate off with a 4-0 victory
