Carmen Roderick Emphatically slammed home a cross ice pass from Brooke Steele , Delaney Agnes netted two picture perfect rebound opportunities and Delanie Manner made countless big time saves as the Furies JV team played outstanding hockey on both sides of the centerline in a 3-0 win over Dennis Yarmouth.
Total team play preserved the shutout as Emily Cavanaugh , Sydney Austin Sarah Chase and Breanna Kender anchored the Defense , while forwards Hannah Bryant , Samantha Barnard , Natalie Salvador and Abbie Frazier created numerous scoring chances for the Furies .
Coach Cowing also praised the play of Caroline Townsend , Taylor Fleming , Elizabeth Avery , Kim Gallagher and Megan Crosby as the forwards created great offensive zone play and key defensive zone coverage.
