The wrestling teams three captains, Brendan Kaeselau, Eli Wilson, and Wyatt Walker, have all qualified for the Division 3 State Championship.
Brendan Kaeselau (Senior 152lb) amassed a 25-16 record this season after a hard fought performance this past weekend in the D3 sectional tournament, Kaeselau is looking to work his way past the tough competition in the 152lb weight class and claim a state title.
Eli Wilson (Junior 182lb) finished off the regular season 33-6 and will be competing in his 2nd state championship. Coming off of an impressive regular season, Wilson is a strong favorite in the upcoming state tournament.
Wyatt Walker (Senior 120lb) compiled a 21-4 to round off his season as he prepares to compete in his 3rd state championship. With a strong finish and a great performance at this past sectional tournament, Walker looks to seize the 120lb state title.
The tournament is this Friday, Feb. 17th, at Wakefield High School. Wrestling begins at 3 pm, come support the Warriors!
