Moira “Teevens” Nobili was an outstanding runner at Silver Lake High School and has been inducted into their Athletes Hall of Fame. During her induction she was called “truly one of the most dedicated, successful female athletes that Silver Lake Regional High School has produced.” Nobili was a gifted runner who worked at academics as hard as her athletic endeavors. She was the Boston Globe All Scholastic Athlete of the Year for track and field in 1983. She was the senior class president while participating in three sport seasons as an elite athlete.?After graduating in 1983, she pursued her education at Dartmouth College. She was selected to the All Ivy Cross Country team in 1984, 1985 and 1986. Nobili set school records in the 1984-85 season in the 1,500 meter, 3,000 meter, indoor 5,000 meter and the distance medley relay.?She finished her running career at Dartmouth having accumulated eight varsity letters.?She currently lives on Cape Cod with her husband, Nick, and four children, twins Colin and Madaket, as well as Isabelle and Bailey.?Nobili is a volunteer coach for the indoor track team at Nauset and is the boys’ cross country head coach.  

Biography:

Coached Nauset Regional High School's Boys 4x800 Relay team to a 6th place finish at the 2012 MIAA All-State Outdoor Track and Field Championship in a school record of 8:03.  Team went on to finish 7th at the 2012 New England Outdoor Track and Field Championships, and 30th at the 2012 New Balance Outdoor Track and Field High School National Championship in Greensboro, NC.

Coached sophomore Coralea Geraniotis to an 8th place finish at the 2013 MIAA Indoor All-State 2 Mile Championship in a school record time of 11:23.  Coached sophomore Coralea Geraniotis and junior Andrew Burke to 2013 ACL League Championships in the 2 Mile and Mile, respectively.
